As part of a Brisbane City Council activation for the Brunswick St Mall, Improbable were engaged for the design development of a retail food outlet within the walking street mall precinct central to Brisbane's Fortitude Valley Entertaiment Precinct.

Part of a Queensland based Mexican chain startup "Tuckeria", the Burrito Bar outlet serviced busy Brunswick Street Mall crowds, taking advantage of the booming Mexican fast-food trend combined with a unique new high-exposure locaiton. Since the kiosk initial deployment, it lives on as a staple street outlet, and has since received patio extensions for seating additions, and has housed burger, Asian dumpling and Nepalese cusine outlets.
